Manual Handling

Health and Safety Legislation states that all employees engaged in any manual handling must be given training in safe lifting techniques. The majority of accidents reported each year result from back injuries caused by inadequate manual handling procedures. This course covers techniques to minimise the risk of injury from lifting, pulling, pushing and carrying.
